Our three-year Bourbon is aged in new charred oak and is perfect for enjoying neat. On the nose, it brings up scents of warm vanilla and oak. The taste opens with a rich maple sweetness balanced by notes of tobacco and cinnamon. A hint of vanilla returns with aromatic clove and dried fig, lingering on the palate for warm, medium-long finish.

Four Humours Rye is a spicy tribute to the grain of its namesake, aged in sherry casks for a slightly sweet, robust flavor. Its aroma comes in with a bite of black pepper softened by malty cocoa notes which open on the palate with a bit of juicy cherry and new leather. The finish is short but satisfyingly complex: fleeting hints of citrus and chocolate end with a crisp kick of pure rye spiciness.
